I think it will be Jabari Parker. He looks like the most NBA ready.
I think Noel Nerlens will be a close second I think (no one else on Phili except MCW).

Jabari Parker is also my number 1. He is the most NBA ready and also has the benefit of having no one on his team that can produce offensively.
Andrew Wiggins is my runner up after watching him put up 18 points last night (albeit, preseason) in very little effort. He's raw, but he can still fill up the stat sheet.

Wiggins will be he will get the most playing time, just last night he had about 18pts 4 reb. and couple of asist.
not to mention 2 for 2 from beyond the arc.

But Q, they didn't play Kevin Martin or Nikola Pekovic last night. Unless they get rid of KMart, I can't see Wiggins getting much more than 10-11 FGA a game since they won't make Wiggins their number 1 option. They also still have Brewer/Thad Young and other vets that still need to get their shot attempts each night.
I think he'll average 15p/5r/2a for the season.
Whereas, I can see Jabari post 17p/7r/2a for the year.

@byro Good points. I think Wiggins will be a beast defensively, his length and athleticism is hard to prepare for
