I think this is the hardest year ever to predict how to Leafs will do. The role players have all been shuffled, with only the main pieces intact. This could mean that the same problems regarding leadership will persist this year as well. But on the other hand, it was the severe lack in production from role players that sunk the leafs last season. The only thing going for the leafs is maturity. One year more experience for all their young players will hopefully be more beneficial than the acquisition of a big-name vet. My best guess is battling for 8th.

I agree with you guys they may not make the playoffs (9th place) and if they do it will be 8th. They have the same problems especially with their defence.
